Materials

400 grams of yarn (recommended for 4mm crochet)

Crochet hook (size 3.5mm)

INSTRUCTIONS

SIZE:L                                                                                                                                                                                         

ROW 1: Make chain of 150.

ROWS 2 – 3: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows. Cut the yarn.

Change colour (Dark Blue)

ROWS 4 – 5: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows.

Change colour (Grey)

ROWS 6 – 7: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows.

ROWS 8 – 30: Make 1 double crochet taking every next stitch (front loop only). Repeat until the end of the rows.

Divide the fabric to weave the front and the back part separately

Back

ROWS 31 – 43: Make 1 double crochet taking every next stitch (front loop only). Repeat until the end of the rows.

Front

ROWS 31 – 37: Make 1 double crochet taking every next stitch (front loop only). Repeat until the end of the rows.​

ROW 38: Go up with 3 chains, 1 more chain, take a loop, miss 1 stitch, then in the next stitch insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch, take a loop, then insert again the crochet in the same stitch and take out the yarn, then again take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch. In the crochet there must be 7, we close the first 6 and then the remaining 2. 1 separation chain. Repeat sequence until end of the row. 1 double crochet in the last stitch of the row.

ROWS 39 – 43: Go up with 3 chains and 1 more chain, take a loop, at the next stich, that is where we made the separation chain in the previous row, take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch, take a loop, then insert again the crochet in the same stitch and take out the yarn, then again take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch. In the crochet there must be 7, we close the first 6 and then the remaining 2.  1 separation chain. Repeat sequence until end of rows (take a loop, miss 1 stitch, at the next stich, that is where we made the separation chain in the previous row, take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch, take a loop, then insert again the crochet in the same stitch and take out the yarn, then again take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch. Cut the yarn.

Count 14 cm from the outside inwards on the shoulders. Join the front part with the back part with single crochet.

Hood

ROW 1: Make 1 double crochet taking every next stitch (front loop only). Repeat until the end of the row.

ROWS 2 – 18: Make 1 double crochet taking every next stitch (front loop only). Repeat until the end of the rows.

·         Fold the knit towards the back

·         Join it in the upper part of the hood with single crochet

·         Cut the yarn

Two Sleeves

ROW 1: Make 1 double crochet around the edge of the sleeve. Close row with a slip stitch.

ROWS 2 – 29: Make 1 double crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

ROW 30: Make decreases until the end of the row. Close row with a slip stitch.

ROW 31: Go up with 3 chains and 1 more chain, miss 1 stitch, take a loop, then in the next stitch insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch, then insert again the crochet in the same stitch and take out the yarn, then again take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch. In the crochet there must be 7, we close the first 6 and then the remaining 2.  1 separation chain. Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROWS 32 - 33: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Cut the yarn

Change colour (Dark Blue)

ROWS 34 – 35: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Cut the yarn

Change colour (Grey)

ROWS 36 – 38: Make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Repeat until the end of the rows. Close row with a slip stitch.

Cut the yarn

·         Make 1 single crochet all the way around the front including the hood.

·         Make 1 double crochet up to where the hood begins. 1 separation chain. Take a loop, then in the next stitch insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch, then insert again the crochet in the same stitch and take out the yarn, then again take a loop, insert and take out the crochet from the same stitch. In the crochet there must be 7, we closet the first 6 and then the remaining 2. 1 separation chain. Repeat all around the outline of the hood up to where it ends. Continue making double crochet.

·         Sew buttons.

·         Make 2 pompons.

·         Make 1 chain of 220 (or 1.50 cm) and insert the chain in the front part of the hood.

·         Sew one pompon at each end of the chain.
