Yarn approx. (recommended for 4mm crochet)

Crochet hook size 4mm

Buttons

Yarn needle

Instructions

Colour Lilac

ROW 1: Magic ring of 12 double crochet. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 2: 1 increase for each stitch of the previous row taking each double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 3: Make 1 double crochet and 1 increase (that is 2 double crochet in the same stitch) taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 4: Make 2 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 5: Make 3 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Ivory)

ROW 6: Make 4 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 7: Make 5 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 8: Make 6 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 9: Make 7 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROW 10: Make 8 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Lilac)

ROW 11: Make 9 double crochet and 1 increase taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the row. Close the row with a slip stitch.

ROWS 12 – 15: Make 10 double crochet and 1 double crochet taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Ivory)

ROWS 16 – 20: Make 10 double crochet and 1 double crochet taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Lilac)

ROWS 21 – 25: Make 10 double crochet and 1 double crochet taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Ivory)

ROWS 26 – 30: Make 10 double crochet and 1 double crochet taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

Colour change (Lilac)

ROWS 31 – 35: Make 10 double crochet and 1 double crochet taking double crochet from the previous row from the front part (front post double crochet). Repeat until the end of the rows. Close each row with a slip stitch.

  • Sew Owl Applique to the front of the Cocoon
  • Sew buttons.
